2016 – 2024:

SALESFORCE AND MARKETING CLOUD ADMINISTRATION

Over an 8½-year engagement, initially provided fractional Salesforce administration support, which later expanded to include the development of custom applications tailored to M&A, Wealth Management, and Business Exit Planning Consulting. 

Key projects include building custom Force.com apps unique to the company’s deal management processes, and a Heroku-based self-service portal to streamline client onboarding and accelerate extensive document collection process. 

Additional projects included:

  • Implementing Experience Cloud for specific business areas, 
  • Migrating from Pardot to Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Managing integrations with FormAssembly, RingLead, Hoovers D&B, Pitchbook, Call Center CTI, Concur, and various Salesforce AppExchange applications, 
  • Migrating legacy workflows to Flows and Apex for scalability, 
  • Designing OmniScripts and Screen Flows for guided, compliant client onboarding processes, and 
  • Implementing Einstein Next Best Action to streamline onboarding and manage high-volume client experiences.

Most recently, served as SME expert supporting in-house teams for four distinct Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement business units while also providing fractional administration support for the Salesforce ecosystem.

SALESFORCE AND MARKETING CLOUD IMPLEMENTATION PLUS ONGOING SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION 

Over a three-year engagement, led the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Engagement, migrating from Sugar CRM. Optimized lead generation programs, developed a custom builder network portal on Heroku integrated with Salesforce, and provided ongoing Salesforce platform administration support.

SALESFORCE IMPLEMENTATION

Configured Salesforce to support “B-to-B” marketing and sales activities, including integration with Braze marketing automation platform.

SALESFORCE IMPLEMENTATION & SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION

Implemented a second instance of Salesforce Sales Cloud specific to the M&A group. Configured lead and opportunity management to capture, track, and convert leads into sales opportunities through defined stages.

SALESFORCE NONPROFIT CLOUD IMPLEMENTATION

Served as a Sales Cloud with NPSP SME on a large project migration from outdated systems to Salesforce NPSP and Marketing Cloud Engagement; managed offshore teams for custom APEX and data migration.

SALESFORCE FIELD SERVICE OPTIMIZATION

Conducted system audit and provided documentation of org then debugged then enhanced Field Service Lightning by enabling real-time work order management through Flows and Apex.

Research Division of a Global Healthcare Company (subcontracted by K-2 - 6-mos)

SALESFORCE SERVICE CLOUD AND FIELD SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION

Served as Service Cloud and Field Service SME for operational / tech project to manage research studies and pilot programs for new offerings; developed a unique approach integrating Service Cloud and Field Service to streamline patient / nurse scheduling and logistics coordination during medical pilots and clinical trials.

OPTIMIZE SALESFORCE SERVICE CLOUD AND OMNICHANNEL

Conducted system audit and provided documentation of org; then led migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, optimized Service Cloud queues, implemented new Omni-Channel features, and debugged old APEX problems.

MARKETING CLOUD UPGRADE 

Led an operational / tech project to transform marketing ops from direct response into a digital marketing communications model; included migrating from an antiquated version of ExactTarget to Marketing Cloud Engagement Corporate.
